The cryptic bible or can be in ya face and blatant. There's the odd and concerning, the mysterious and puzzling, or nothing-new and obvious. In traditions and readings over 2000 years it goes from revealing and insights galore to the bizarre and whacky. Texts for socio-political liberation and yet been a source of misuse and abuse.

The Book of Rev. is the classic confuse'r. Re-reading and enthralled and find encouragement, not the heebie-jeebies. Understand the mess and tangles that causes many local churches to avoid. Depends what is being communicated. Yes, the challenge is there and burden to pray/ action/ and live up.

Question is and faith to find and in honesty with scriptures and observations: God is here, for good.

How do these vision speak of it and what about age old judgement and hellish sermons? Too much to cover in Pt. 4. but will leave as little can and unturned-over on the fifth and final one. No plans and a typical, type-and-see what comes? Some of what gets out are 'private', ...not so much, 'jokes' but text that relates to happenings around me. The call is to write and by 'putting it out there' am doing what, claim goes-beyond, communicating to a reader?

On that: Tendency to question impressions about how church behaves. Is it narky and uncalled for?

All due to my own ragged ways and decades of despicable 'Christian Life' dossing-about. The last three years proved climatic and now the tides-out am left a wreck but on the land have needed to be on/ and wasn't. To preface a word and how Charismatic Christianity has deteriorated more-so than the not-happy-clappy lot.

The differences have a lot to do with (the book of) Revelation. Am hyper in not wanting to misjudge or judge at all when inappropriate but am led to state, the comment am making. All of little interest but for keenies into church that could-be like me?

The wider overall and difficult issue is that without other people into God and be-goodies; anyone open and enquiring is in a tough spot?

How I read the Bible is to find what reaches and speaks. Takes repeated goes. Not into, ...Revelation as all so literal and for sure straight-up is chronological.

The future is set-but-not theological outlook and not in existence, is why am able to hold such a perspective while trusted is/has nothing but truth to share.

This calls for a mind with wisdom.

Not for approval and trying to impress God. Yet, the growing desire, believe is a God-inspired going on. This and pray as go and in the cold and warm, feelings come and go, but God is getting realer by the week.

Revelation is about warnings now and on, and pushes to extraordinary wonders. Truth leaps out and there's struggle to work-out. To reconcile with the presentation seen in the person of Christ and how, can be great undertake. Helps to ...want to know and not have an imagination soaked in substitutes. At least such and stuffed before y'start.
