First the challenge, later the miracles:

Isn't it the worst? Thinking nothing's going to happen but the lurch and thud down the relative freedom path? Built up and carrying so many. Technological innovations and a costly heritage, taking more out of poverty than ever. Now the slipping and sliding down after decades of material blessing.

What's doing and where be God?

Reading the morning's disaster blast: 'Iran Hawks in Washington' (Peter Koenig). And 'The Entropy Wars'.

Bleak be the word.

'What we are witnessing is the start of the entropy wars...' (Nomi Prins).

Is God the absent/distant one? Some suggest the meticulous controller, "so stop fussing and accept the direction". Others; 'the devil rules' and we should expect our lot. Judgment-on and fence down is the claim. Some even talk US economic revival and purge of the corrupt. "Any day now, Trump to start the tribunals...". The longer this goes on, the bigger the bubble and pop. Pending disappointment, devastating a few million sincere but suckered ones.

Most popular and Christian talk is to claim three words and one answer: The Last Days. Aka; Hang-on and give up expecting anything else. Eyes on post-this-life. Which happens to be the Nos. 1 philosophical slammer from New Atheism.

Can't see The Last Days and not think Keith Green, and at best, biblical right-on times and ways. Considering all our retrospective advantages of developing theological understanding and sound prophetic insight. Spitting bones out.

"Sound prophetic insight"? There be scarcity but some... just-about. Minus and plus. The rot, and yet here there, measured sense.

On what, and where be... The alive and loving one?

The Jesus People/Keith Green 70's times claimed a response. A What To Do. Nowadays, 'Last Days' means spectate and talk about Israel. Hate Islam. A lot. Kick the gay mafia. Bemoan the "rest of the church" and "if only like us...". Cult up and claim Orthodox. Bash the asking-for-it giddy Charismatics. Or, live in their sub-culture and misrepresent and exaggerate 'revival'.

Finally: Talk only local community. The last refuge.

What a mess eh? Here in the UK, the Anglican Church is falling over its liberal/evangelical self to act the twerps. Suck the party political line. Suck the word. Suck and up. C/o Bishop this and that.

The last days began 2000 years ago. Today's Anti-Christ is A.I. etc. Was Nero when written about in the Book. Now we are at an 'opportune time'. The point of this yawn of a rant is we're called to Live UP to what's written, promised and prophetic. Available 'in Christ' for now and go to overcome, any and all, unwanted entropy.

Open the Bible. (The one China is well on the way to banning. Re-banning. Remember 1966 'till '76 when the smugglers were busy?).

The Bible and God are talking twaddle -or- here be the power and light? Enough. More than enough. Able to liberate and revive nations, or only for personal use and intercession's redundant?

Nowhere does it say what happens is going to be without the hope of God and creation. Perspectives and a renewed earth -- sure, but the call is for the reign of God to NOW come.

The only way to see it other ways is to add extra-biblical-times reinterpretations. Can be reverse-engineered to expose influences shifting the vision. Take the-alive out of it and this the greatest con going.

God is doing things and zillions and multitudes of moves. God is alive and at it. We need the faith to see it. Takes faith to live in this and not moan-moan-moan. Live low because the onslaught about wants We Give Up.

All the devil/s do is accuse and deceive. In the main. The dual ramming.

All we/ME gotta do is live in the pledged and promised provision.

Darn gets me and I wallow with that long face on. Gotta stop it. Be sound enough to see God is present and working and in a relationship.

Need God. Obviously not enough. And to receive in this is obviously all I need.
