Of myself, I have come to hold what many would call outlandish ideas but listen intently to what others have to say. I think the secrets are simply “Respect” what others have to say without condemnation, “Research” what they have said and the big one of course is “What If” what they have said is true. Best judgement and sometimes experience contest in reaching an assessment of fair merit.
It’s never an easy thing stepping out of the box and questioning the status-quo to be told your strange, odd or mad. But as I say, 'Well, somebody’s got to be it so it might as well be me!'
