Prophet
Before I kick-off:
Gave someone this website address yesterday. What possible reason? (I ask myself). Well… being friendly to a friendly. Saying behind this, “maybe/please consider, the Empire we face and God who loves and longs for us, to know… on a personal...”
On this. Truthscoop gonna try and be accessible. Ish. Even here, sense I'm going to get a bit more, 'who cares/whose looking' about it. Humility and abandonment, good for that/for me.
Plant a Seed, more tools of the trade stuff. Writing-myself into-action. Mad for wanting to pray-a-lot. This me.
Not too sure at all, about my self-belief in all this web-wailing away or, desire for self-advertisement – when all smacks indulgence.
This exercise, experiments, in unseen manoeuvres, perhaps like prayer – maybe should go, hide-away and be done? But I'm cracking-on and hey, all that it cost someone was a click-on. Raised eye-brows and skedaddle, a likely, realistic evaluation. All m'literary limitations, let alone the languishing internet, don't make for a hip, or otherwise, puller.
But… there's another realm. And, most for me: God. Matters. God 'reads' this. That'll do.
Before returning to 'David' (reading schedule), a slip-back to Deborah.
Prophetic/s? What's this? (I believe).
Most necessary today.
Set-apart and separation, in being attentive to God. The ground. (Not there anywhere enough but nearer, me).
Prophetic-today, as opposed to whatever else and the Bible is; A reinterpretation in the present, that 'does something' in its delivery, production. Here through 'this type' on screen.
For a willing human receiver, replanted again and again by some kind of meditation, repetitive prayer-like… application. This one purpose.
...when the people willingly offer themselves
A word within words. Take say, Psalm 23. Read and read again, whirling and reverberating around. This is seed planting. Assuming there's sincerity in the desire, some faith and whole lotta need for God.
Sound obsessive? – It is.
This, the mad-sounding claim about the Bible. By filling our heads with verses, something goes on, beyond the more natural and scientific. The physiological.
Speak them out will, somewhere-somehow, enable God to release what can happen because – we hear and 'speak' out what God's saying. With all and any other groans and gabbling on.
And this, not easily believable but Biblically and the 'why/not' behind our decreasingly hospitable world? Prayer and the word. Or 'praying the-word', the dynamic in this, most pressing.
Through this. Stuff happens. A better world is made. This is what the Bible makes out. The 'parable of the sower' is the 'don't get this, you don't get the rest' passage. Tis key.
Don’t you understand this parable? How then will you understand any parable? The farmer sows the word...
Because there's little prophecy. Seeds not planted. Therefore, no growth. No or less faith, so no-goes the necessary, unexpected, out of the ordinary 'other'.
Sometimes prophecy directs. Instruction. But this, by the rare ones who can, is released with teaching.
Kiss = keep it simple stupid.
Or, my need and keep it short, SO, I've more time to do it.
God we need your medicine, water, sunshine, heat and cool. We need these words, here in this disputed Book. Convinced they have power. You have power. May these two meet. Your word and you, in Spirit and presence. Amen.
