Would be bothered more, and age? BOOZE, at last, and years past, all-sorted on, Thank God. Afternoon drinker a couple of times a week, or three. Same, and nos., of mid-strength beers. Boundaried, and, Blessed.

Anybody of any race/ethnicity who seriously believes that the government is going to save their particular race/ethnicity from whatever they think it needs to be saved from, ain’t playing with a full deck of cards.
Government “solutions” for _anything_never work – they only further enrich/empower the government, to the detriment of everyone else, and increase racial/ethnic divisions and hate of those supposedly now protected [white, black, yellow or whatever].

Just as the American Propaganda Machine used the demonization of the Third Reich to destroy the self-respect of Germans, the Machine is now being used for the same purpose against white Americans unless they are of the brainwashed woke variety.

An hour to go and, 16 dry. Yesterday, and 16 wet, ...ate a sugar lump. Which, broke the fast, (for real). Today, 16 dry/19 wet. Follow-on post and more on Health.
Until I try Castor Oil, push the Terpentine to 1 pm. To intermittent fast requires a two to four, hour, window. Not my attempt. 14-16 Dry, two wet, and re-feed. Day two. The last three years have been an appalling diet. Blog, the progress, and, (help/me), rectify.
Feeling, four drops, of Lugol (Iodine), and two, and if it was Nascent. Costs £20+/...months, to a year's, worth.
Broke(?), the fast early at 11.30, seventeen hours, with raw cow's milk in coffee. Will sip the remaining litre after the jumbo coffee. 'Turpentine on a sugar lump', that'll break, it.
IF, (...and, not recommended), you do, Raw milk? The key is sip, little, and over a decent period of time, say; 30 minutes. The best would be, over an hour. Fresh this morning, and 'milked' yesterday, is the only way I'd consider milk. With, raw, goats milk, preferable.
Found about 100 capsules of Super Enzymes. In the mix. That'll do. Got no idea, what works/worth it, if you shove too much in?
