God is aching to liberate us from the epidemic of arrogance. The obnoxious stench of superiority in get-them-kicks lifting ourselves up through put-downs. Talking down. Rejecting and ignoring.

Arrogant (adjective). 'Unpleasantly proud and behaving as if you are more important than, or know more than, other people: I found him arrogant and rude'.

Might be about resisting difference. Questions or qualms. Safety mode to shield and oh ye wobbly state. Or could be a cynical overdrive, so underneath, can't help but hate upon hate. Angst full up.

Not even; 'They smile in your face. All the time they want to take your place'. More, "get out my face". RE-ject and in today's electronic thoroughfare: Click and "next".

Might be up front and on top. Whats the T.Shirt say?: You Must Mistake Me For Someone Who Cares. Loud, proud, and lovin' it. At least this level of open self-awareness and honesty warrants respect. Almost, or could be, the seeds of repentance.

But no, most likely, all oblivious. Rare up inside and off-load. It's everywhere... the sheen on most communication. Insecure bullshit, playing and acting.

Yet we should understand, why makes sense. As Jackie Leven sang on Human Face; 'the last thing that's left to me now, is the love of the love, of my own breath'.

Get the existential measure and if God in Christ is absent, leaves our-self and... the stars. Abstract mystery. The prodding empty always needing filling.

And no-respecter of social position. Find the well-known and would be a bit obvious and 'proud to be above' can... have, less fuel to look down upon. Makes less-odds. Goes with those whose political philosophy is for the little man and all should be equal and matter.

Otherwise, here for others-me, and a handful if that. A list and if we're not on it?

Grow up in the decades of have-been safe and prosperous times? Must seem that some of Jesus words are well-extreme. Over the top. Hyperbole or hypersensitivity.

Making claims the shiny happy people out there, don't like to feel about each other. No need to consider relevant. There's bad-uns about and all got capacities but all in all, we aren't quite... that destructive.

Jesus Be-Attitude talk can come across striving for heights we don't reckon on needing to reach. Not necessary to get away with living right enough. Squeaky monks might want to gaze away but why not relax? Who cares?

Be that loving. To the what? 'To the least is unto God'.

Younger people must look at the diagnosis and think God's a moaner and making hard work of it. Then we get older and older and something -- should -- start to bug.

Not talking assertiveness, bold and even brash expressions. Not talking confrontation and the need to address another. Talking tone. Think like the bee's knees but here's what clobbers; a tired and impatient lack of compassion. Empathy drained out. No sympathy for.

Talking which, and the two demonic signs?

Accusation and deception.

Saw this comment about a controversial one on about controversies: 'Xxxx’s ego needs a channel of its own'. People notice. Not attractive.

Ruinous for people uprise and truther moves. Same as Church. Lots of swagger and smug, even in the midst of epic choruses and should be all about God. Not how much, we... etc. etc.

We got trouble at mill. eh. We got God who wants liberation. Freedom Calls. Cry for. Takes God. The willing and able one. Must get wanting.
