Regular religious routines meant all to those of the day. Success and social acceptance -- in-with the-in -- was the direct association. The gods gave to those who came for the prescribed rituals and everyone expected to obey. Do the superstitions and sing along.

Much like nowadays. The coming defined 'mental-unwell' and lock up for those not dancing around the alters. CNN etc mediated, staged sacrifices. 'I lift my eyes to the TV...'.

The question about tomorrow is; more 1984, or Brave New World? Visions currently jostling for prominence. AI and take the pills, become blissed and thankful. Watched and arrested from deviations of supposed-normality. This "awl-about-safety".

The gods of our fake age and where we'll-go -- Unless We Arise. Unless --awakening and revivals. Both and/or?

We look lost. Depleted and battered voices on the internet. Sparking about the deep corruption invading every which way. Voices in the wilderness.

The Church? No voice and not in the 'wilderness'. Likes bickering in the corner. Acceptable to emperors, with some bucking up with their thought police. But can't don't read/see/hear... any action. Truther's who are... there's this. Otherwise citizens-asleep and pretending. "We don't resist". To even talk about... why/what/whom and can do.

Some encountering singing make sense to me. Yet, more bubbled up and insistent 'we're in Kansas'. A very-very few banging-on like me 'must pray' and yet, the many-many, all up on and on and on into Teaching. Which tends to be about privileging their tradition, acceptable lines, or take. Most oft. about why; 'we' -- are not like 'them'. Inter-politics. Slap the apostate time.

Here's my self-recommending way. Find a legitimate interpretation. Find what speaks any-way-how, Bible-wise. And use and plentiful. Sow.

From all and any of these said-gathered books. Read and repeat. And repeat and re-read, so on. Same bit -- till this drops and faith rises. Flick around, duck and dive. Long chunks. Go through as presented. WHAT-Ever.

Sense somehow -- God turns up.

To try kick down some barriers: The Bible is in disguise. Not what seems. Its value and purpose obscured by art and culture. Framed as literature. Cutsie-oldie-worldie... easy to describe the face. Compare and box up. Not a wee comforting like-Hymn. Can be any other words. Any.

Keep a historic grip on it. Yup and full-on if interested. Fair and right. Critical and historic -- there's a time for listening. Certain, we're not to shy from or dismiss. This isn't the issue though. We don't need to prove... is authentic, the experience is yea or nay?

Instead, the ones who did stuff with this book. Note 'did' -- as in God arriving on the actions of and genuine signs, wonders and outcomes. The ones who went to prayer and didn't get up. Go off, or stop.

Them who we can read about over 2000 years. Looked like the New Testament. The Bible interpreted -- one way or other -- led to the use, with eyes wide open and see God's impossible looking mission. Done.

Bible isn't 'God' but an intersection between us. Words of a different order from all language written or spoken. This offensive and decried. Most would. Even Christians, in claiming it's not the words themselves but a vehicle to study. All go 'inspired' etc but say conveys messages and about ...teaching. All true. But, only half. The Word -and- Power. This other side. POWER.

So to finish: Then, we get wacky do-da bro, on a stage and spluttering silly. They like the P. word but turn most into a consumer commodity.

Or/and quick dash on them doing yelps and unquestionable/s: 'hell-is--angry-God and us--Islam-a-coming--slag-off's...' Tis yawn/yawn/yawn. Especially when Rome burns and no clue about Nero.

No Church person has anything to say, IF unable to talk about the crimes of empire. The ripping through humanity and the foundations enable, sit comfy and pontificate. There's no one but the rarest or rare dare call it. Shhhhh. Let's keep calm and...

So dear congregation. All m'on here is: 'the word' (aka Bible) ain't what's projected. This my-saith. It's for various interpretations and uses/and OK. Means to a meet God and make-good ends. To get in us and come out with the turning upside down the takeover and for any whosoever comes to me. God-invite.
